1. What is Shear Panic?

Shear Panic is a sensory-friendly fashion brand inspired by video game culture. Our designs focus on comfort and style, with an emphasis on soft, non-irritating fabrics to support those with sensory sensitivities. We believe in empowering our community with bold, functional clothing that lets you express your inner self.


2. What makes your clothing sensory-friendly?

Our clothing is designed with comfort as a top priority. We use soft, high-quality fabrics that avoid rough textures or irritating seams. We ensure flat or seamless stitching where possible and opt for smooth finishes to reduce friction on the skin. Every garment is wear-tested to ensure it provides a comfortable fit for those with sensory sensitivities.


3. Do you offer custom sizing?

At this time, we offer a range of standard sizes from S-2XL. You can view our size chart on each product page to find the best fit for you. We are actively working on expanding our size options in the future. If you have any specific fit concerns, feel free to reach out to us!


4. How can I care for my Shear Panic clothing?

Each garment comes with care instructions printed directly on the label. In general, we recommend machine washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the longevity of your clothing. Avoid high heat or harsh detergents, as they may affect the fabric’s softness and quality.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We only ship in the US. However this is a goal I hope to achieve in the future! 


6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We also offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. For more information, check out our Return & Exchange Policy.


7. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • It will take me about 3-5 business days to process your order and standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind processing times may very as I am a one women operation who works a day job. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 


8. Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

At the moment, we do not offer custom orders or commissions. However, we love hearing your ideas and may incorporate some of your feedback into future collections!


9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us at shearpanic.customerservice@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will already be processed and changes cannot be made.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.


11. How can I contact customer service?

If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact shearpanic.customerservice@gmail.com. Please do not send questions about your order to me over social media! I aim to respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your email during business days (Monday to Friday).


12. How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage! By joining, you'll receive updates on new collections, special promotions, and behind-the-scenes looks at Shear Panic.


13. Do you collaborate with influencers or creators?

Yes! We are always looking to partner with influencers and creators who share our passion for video games, fashion, and inclusivity. Please reach out to us at shearpanicbrand@gmail.com with your details, and we’ll be in touch if it's a good fit!


14. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.
