Policies and Procedures

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • I strive to have orders processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please keep in mind I am a one women operation who still works her day job. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the total weight of your order. Exact rates will be calculated during checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

International Shipping:

  • I do not ship internationally at this time, but it is a goal for the future! 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Please note that I do not cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, I will gladly exchange your item, provided it meets our return conditions.
  • Please contact shearpanic.customerservice@gmail.com to initiate an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
  • Items returned with obvious signs of wear or damage will not be refunded.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order will be processed, and we will not be able to cancel it.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • In the event that an item is out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you ASAP and offer the option to cancel the order or receive a refund.

  • PayPal
  • Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
