Shipping policy

Shipping varies from product to product as orders are printed on demand. For
T-shirts, please allow at least 3 weeks for processing and shipping. For masks
and pins, please allow up to 2 weeks. If your order does not arrive in that
time frame, please feel free to email me. I will do everything in my power to
get your order to you, but please be aware I am a one-woman operation with a
day job. I will respond to your email as quickly as I can. Thank you for your patience!

HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Get in Touch!

Send me a message and we will dive into your vision and bring it to life. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Step 2: Invoicing

Once we've gone over every detail and everything feels right, I’ll send you the invoice. As soon as it’s paid, I’ll promptly mail you a prepaid shipping label and a sturdy poly bag, so you can easily send your items to me.

Step 3: Sew Sew Sew

As soon as I receive your items, I will get to work bringing your vision to life. While the exact timing depends on the intricacies of your project, I kindly ask for at least 5 business days to provide updates.

Step 4: Final Delivery

Once your garment is finished, I will send you photos for your approval. As soon as you give the green light, I will ship your final masterpiece straight to you!

**Disclaimer: While we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, by hiring Shear Panic for this service, the client understands that this service involves transforming your old garment into a new creation through the destruction of the old garment. Shear Panic is not liable for items lost in transit and reserves the right to decline service to any individual. Once work has been completed, refunds will not be issued except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the owner.
