Product information
The product itself was decent. Only thing is the thumb hole on the left hand is on the wrong side of the sleeve so its a pinky finger hole.
Also, UPS made me pay $58 in customs fees, this pretty much doubled the cost. We order stuff from the states almost daily and UPS is the only one we ever have to pay customs fees through, but never this high, not impressed, probably won’t order again because of this.

Regarding the customs fee—$58 is a steep and frustrating surprise, and I completely understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, I don’t have visibility into what fees UPS assigns, especially across international borders, but I truly wish I had known ahead of time so I could have reached out and discussed it with you first.
To help make this right, I’d like to offer a partial refund to offset some of the customs cost. Whenever possible, I try to split international shipping-related expenses with customers to ease the burden. Please reach out to me via email, and we can sort out the details there.

I got this for my wife and she loves it.
This is the most comfortable piece of clothing I've ever put on my body. I never want to take it off!
As a male, picking my sweater size was perfect! My only complaint (and honestly it’s trivial) is that the thumb holes are just a touch too short. Aside from that, the fabric feels amazing, THERE ARE DECENT SIZED POCKETS! The whole vibe of this is great! And my teenage son wants one for himself now too!
And the fun little adventure! So cool and exciting!
